Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ SSC/ HSC / Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Reporting, Security related activities, Security Training Instructor, Strong problem solving skills
∎ Skills Required: Security Incharge, Security related activities., Security Training Instructor
∎ HSC/ Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution
∎ Must be Retired as a Sr. Warrant officers/ Warrant officers of Army, Navy, Air force and Ansar battalion

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Garments Industries.
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
