 Job Specifications:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Training or certification in industrial security management, fire safety, or surveillance systems preferred.

• Ex-servicemen (Army / Police) candidates will get preference.

2. Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of practical experience in factory or corporate security.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.

• Experience in managing guards, CCTV, fire systems, and visitor control.

3. Core Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of security operations, CCTV systems and access control.

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, fire safety and accident prevention.

• Skill in incident reporting, investigation, and maintaining security logs.

• Ability to lead and supervise a team of security guards effectively.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and record documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills (both verbal & written).

4. Key Responsibilities:

A. Security Operations

• Maintain overall security and discipline within the factory premises.

• Supervise and monitor all entry/exit gates, ensuring proper ID and logbook maintenance.

• Control movement of goods, vehicles, visitors, and employees as per company policy.

• Ensure round-the-clock guard deployment and proper shift management.

• Monitor CCTV operations and coordinate with CCTV Monitoring Incharge.

B. Safety & Surveillance

• Conduct daily security patrols and ensure all areas are covered.

• Ensure all firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarms) are functional.

• Support management in fire drills, emergency evacuation and safety inspections.

C. Incident Management

• Record and investigate all security-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies if required.

D. Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly security reports for management.

• Maintain records of guard attendance, visitor logs, and incident registers.

• Ensure uniform discipline, grooming, and conduct of all security staff.

E. Compliance & Coordination

• Support compliance and HR teams during buyer audits or regulatory inspections.

• Ensure all security personnel follow company policies and ethical standards.
