Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Security In charge for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikganj .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the staff and manage daily operations
∎ Managing Security Operations and leading Security Teams
∎ Assists in the development and implementation of emergency procedures
∎ Recommends follow-up action for security breaches
∎ Deploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets
∎ Comply with all safety and security management guidelines and procedures
∎ Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition
∎ Completes proper documentation and reports all employee accident and general liability incidents to Claims Reporting Service
∎ Conduct periodic patrols of the entire property and parking areas
∎ Handles guest problems and complaints, settling disputes, and resolving complaints and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
∎ Identifies and makes recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices
∎ Implements action plans to monitor and control risk
∎ Maintains required reports and documentation regarding patrols of property and parking areas
∎ Provides means for obtaining necessary medical attention on a timely basis
∎ Maintain first aid and CPR certifications required for Security officers
∎ Implements local authority requirements for security and safety
∎ Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety
∎ Informs and/or updates the executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner
∎ Provides guidance in setting health and safety policies and standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least working 3+ years in the same position, in a reputable Hotel/Resort
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security Management
∎ Ex Defense Personnel
∎ 4 years’ experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area
∎ Retired Army officers from Bangladesh Army will be given Preference
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory
