Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in Education, Economics and Statistics will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all relevant program documents required to undertake the assessment.
∎ Organize on-site individual and group interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
∎ Identify the requirement of the disable learners among the project beneficiary
∎ Document all relevant data maintaining the confidentiality
∎ Support in budget revision and revisiting the project planning
∎ Ensure all beneficiary receive required material as per project design
∎ Collaborate with relevant partner & maintain a positive relationship with all external stakeholders
∎ Arrange/organize training/workshop for capacity development of staff
∎ Ensure collaboration with other sectors (within BRAC) to reach/support more PWD children
∎ Support sector lead in decision making regarding the project
∎ In collaboration with the assessment team, pilot assessment data collection instruments as applicable.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in project management in education programme
∎ Have excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel).
∎ Have strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
∎ Good team player
∎ Able to work under pressure
