Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Communication, Computer skill, Factory Compliance, Proactive and Positive attitude, SOP Development, Team Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ability to work as a team, knit composite, outwaer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle factory internal system.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Planning & IE department.
∎ Receive & check daily cutting targets from IE.
∎ Review hourly target vs production achievement (Check with In-charge/ Supervisor).
∎ Coordinating with CAD for trial & bulk pattern.
∎ Upcoming order-wise fabrics availability check with Finish Fabric Store.
∎ Maintain liaison with store, sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Ensure discipline in the floor to comply with company rules and regulations
∎ Maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
∎ To keep ready cutting floor for internal audit or buyer visit at any time.
∎ To keeping all necessary documents in proper way.
∎ Proper manpower selection and always follows up whether the manpower is excess or short.
∎ Should need to comply the compliance requirement's.
∎ Ensures development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each aspect of the production process to conform to quality standards.
∎ Ensure compliance to SOPs and initiates corrective actions to control deviation from quality parameters.
∎ To be able to create any new challenge.
∎ Cut up of maintain 5 S activities is the production floor.
∎ Attend PP meeting.
∎ Any others job assigns by reporting authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
