Educational Requirements:
∎ MS in Genetics & Breeding with 2 years experience in Semen Processing Lab work from any Livestock Farm, Large Animal experience is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Semen Processing Lab

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a plan for quantity of straw (semen) production according to sales target and breed wise,
∎ AI lab. Maintenance and develop AI lab by installing others equipment to make an ideal lab.
∎ Protocol create and maintenance for semen collection, evaluation, processing and preservation.
∎ Take R & D for semen processing (collection, receiving to frozen) to improve semen quality
∎ Ensure bull wise collection and day wise straw production and recording the number of straw production, stock maintenance and ensure storage and storage quality
∎ Maintenance lab. Equipment, required register like as Lab. Equipment, AI equipment, semen production and semen sales register, liquid nitrogen register etc.
∎ Ensure highest semen quality control in all aspect of quality,
∎ Ensure storage quality and nitrogen refilling
∎ Check quality of semen straw,
∎ Ensure can storage system, semen Can maintenance,
∎ Breeding bull selection on aspect of pedigree record, individual performance of bull (birth wt, growth rate up to puberty) and finally from semen quality.
∎ Breeding bull profile maintenance for semen marketing
∎ Overall management of bull station. Breeding bull management according to different status like as production bull, trial bull and growing bull to ensure the quality semen production.
∎ Feeds and Feeding of harvesting bull, trial and upcoming growing male,
∎ Feed quality maintenance of bull station feeds (both straw, grass and concentrate, vitamins and minerals) to produce quality semen
∎ Ensure proper cleaning in side of lab and outside of premises,
∎ Ensure bull cleaning and shed maintenance
∎ Ensure grass supply to bull and male.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superior

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 2 years experience in Semen Processing Lab. work from any Livestock Farm.
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office

Salary: Negotiable
