Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of BBA or Equivalent from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM functionalities to enhance organization’s business performance.
∎ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business processes and requirements.
∎ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and transfer system knowledge to key stakeholders on human resource management.
∎ Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy top management’s needs.
∎ Design, configuration and testing of core HR and payroll modules based on SAP best practices
∎ Identify process gaps, issues and work around solutions to mitigate those gaps.
∎ Lead and coordinate documenting functional specifications; create test plans, process flow documentations, proof of concepts and conduct user trainings.
∎ Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Proactively identify scope of development and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
∎ Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP HR solution, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to key stakeholders and prepare content for executive and senior management meetings.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
∎ Work self-directed and independently.
∎ Take the role of a thought leader in the organization and especially in the HR management and Reporting area to better leverage data to gain business insights that influence business HR strategies.
∎ Act as subject matter experts, train the junior team members and work with other module’s functional consultants to verify proper integration with HCM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have managed at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation as well as in support as an SAP HCM consultant
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience working in SAP HCM module
∎ Experience in HCM integration points with other SAP modules
∎ Expertise in FS preparation, report writer and report painter
∎ Expertise in design and configuration of HCM module and payroll
∎ Strong knowledge in HR practices, laws and regulations in Bangladesh
∎ Having work experience in SAP Success Factor will get preference
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Working on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps will be an added advantage
∎ Strong communication skill
