∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in finance and accounting domain

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Super user will be responsible for Implementation, Testing and Users support in SAP S/4 HANA Software and to ensure successful, smooth execution of SAP system within the organization
∎ Support users in GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing
∎ CAPEX controlling, asset addition, disposal, selling, transfer, capitalization, depreciation forecasting and depreciation execution
∎ Integration of components within SAP Software such as Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance (BOM)
∎ Support users in Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, COPA, internal order settlement rules and method
∎ Good understanding on SAP FICO master data as well as basic understanding on other modules master data
∎ Identifying integration points between finance and other modules and contacting other departments as necessary if require
∎ Capture bugs & issues which appear during transactions and testing of processes
∎ Training & support the module end users
∎ Maintaining documentation of each module processes
∎ Continuous process improvement in module processes
∎ Monitoring end user performance & activities in SAP
∎ Preparation of financial statements and submit to the management on monthly basis,
∎ Profitability analysis, production variance analysis and submission of reports to the management
∎ Perform period end/start, yearend/start activities in SAP S/4 HANA
∎ Regular follow up of trial balances to ensure error free posting from all the modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, PM)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional qualification CA (CC), ACCA will be and added advantage
∎ Should have 5+ years of experience in Finance domain
∎ Should have experience of 1 implementation/supports project in SAP S4 HANA FICO module
∎ Expertise in GL, AR, AP, BR, Budget & Control, Taxation, Asset, Product Costing and Payroll
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and exhibit highest degree of flexibility
∎ Intermediate level expertise in spreadsheet, Microsoft excel, data management and cleansing
