∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan production of samples
∎ • Establish and maintain T&A
∎ • Understand manufacturing processes and identify best practices of producing a garment
∎ • Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting and garment construction before sample delivery and perform sample inspection
∎ • Establish and apply the standard of fit and construction from concept through to bulk production
∎ • Screen, recruit and train skilled sample operators
∎ • Allocating sample staff within the appropriate section
∎ • Assess performance of raw material status
∎ • Communicate clearly and on time with stakeholders- ie buyers merchandisers
∎ • Maintain housekeeping and upkeep of machinery
∎ • Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ • Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ • Motivate factory workers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
∎ • Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience in the sector
∎ • Superior leadership, time management, team work and problem solving skills
∎ • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ • Ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders- management, workers, buyers- especially when it comes to handling technical comments
∎ • Proficiency in computing operations- email, Word, Excel
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Including PF facilities and other admissible benefits.
