Experience:

• 10 to 15 years

1. Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• 10 to 15 years

1. Should have experience in both Knit and Woven, pattern making for knit and woven, quality control / audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing.
2. Should have experience in the following categories: Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear product safety and process control.      
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Knowledge of sustainable practices in apparel production is a plus.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
9. Proper computer literacy for the position is a must.

1. Lead the Sample team from the front.
2. Oversee the entire sample development process, from concept to completion.
3. Implement and ensure quality control measures throughout the sample development process to ensure that samples meet or exceed the expectations.
4. Maintain sample development timelines to ensure samples are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
5. Maintain accurate records of sample development activities.
6. Provide training and guidance to sample development team members to enhance their skills.
7. Regularly evaluate and streamline sample development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Controlling samples within the department, follow up materials in-house status, reporting & record keeping.
9. Ensure optimum efficiency of CAD.
10. Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
11. Check all the samples before sending. 
12. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
