∎ Minimum S.S.C Pass

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Designing & merchandising department for pattern and fabric consumption issue.
∎ Ensure timely sample making and submission.
∎ Need to be technical sound on sewing process and machineries.
∎ Understand Designer concept and idea to develop new product.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample design as per standards & procedures to meet buyer needs.
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation.
∎ Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI.
∎ Design or direct pattern-making manually and electronically.
∎ Supervise pattern correction and provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection.
∎ Support and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Understanding pattern and grading.
∎ Knowledge on pattern making, adjustment by manually.
∎ Knowledge on dummy fitting for all types of knit and woven products.
∎ Knowledge on sewing operation & bulk production.
∎ Good knowledge of fabric, wash & trims.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
