∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire sample development process from conception to final approval.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting, and garment construction before sample delivery.
∎ Any kinds of technical, fitting & pattern issues communicate with Buyer by mail or meeting.
∎ Communicating with Merchandiser and production personnel.
∎ Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure samples meet client specifications and company standards·
∎ Manage sample timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Conduct fittings and adjustments as necessary to achieve desired fit and aesthetics.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sample details, including materials used, measurements, and modifications.
∎ Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to interpret and execute design concepts into physical samples.
∎ Controlling samples within the department, follow up materials in-house status, reporting & record keeping.
∎ Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
∎ Provide training and guidance to sample development team members to enhance their skills.
∎ Making a daily sample production plan.
∎ Regularly evaluate and streamline sample development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sample development activities.
∎ Ensure optimum efficiency of CAD.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
