Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and achieving Aircraft Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
∎ Receive customer inquiries. Assist the customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
∎ Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
∎ Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
∎ Warehouse Management & Operations.
∎ Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
∎ Applicant should be worked in: US Bangla, Biman, Regent Air, Nova, or any other foreign Airline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in spare parts operations, preferably at an Aircraft parts sales counter.
∎ Knowledge of the online computer system SAP is preferred.
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years work experience in Aircraft or equipment spare parts especially within, industrial products & Construction Equipment's field
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ Ability and knowledge of the Parts portion of the Dealership Management System and other computer applications to support the operations
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
∎ Ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers
