Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc from Computer Science & Engineering (Any Major) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Salesforce / HubSpot CRM Development Experience is ESSENTIAL
∎ Experience in the implementation of SalesForce / HubSpot suite of products and the development of bespoke features for clients.
∎ Expertise in the HubSpot suite of products including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
∎ Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns utilizing Salesforce HubSpot's automation software (includes building emails, landing pages, thank you pages, workflows, etc)
∎ Utilize your coding skills to support custom email and landing page template requests within the Salesforce / HubSpot Marketing Hub platform
∎ Debug and thoroughly test emails so they may render properly on various email platforms as well as mobile devices (responsive)
∎ Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.
∎ Develop a solid understanding of how we market and how it impacts the sales processes
∎ Provide coding assistance within our Wordpress environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in email and landing page development and execution
∎ Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools (HubSpot a plus)
∎ Strong background with Responsive email design, HTML, CSS. Some JavaScript
∎ Knowledge of website technologies within a WordPress environment.
∎ Working knowledge of Salesforce as an integrated CRM platform
∎ Strong project management skills and the desire to implement process improvements
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with short turnaround delivery times
∎ Ability to concurrently balance and execute upon on multiple projects
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
