Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing customer expectations, identifying new business market & recording daily customer transaction
∎ Receive customer phone call & to assist them basic specifications about company & products
∎ Analyzing customer complaints, developing corrective strategies, creating and implementing customer relation campaigns
∎ Transfer the customer needs to sales manager
∎ To work in customer dues recovery process
∎ To prepare customer MIS data sheet and submit to reporting boss
∎ Ensure good customer relationship by providing excellent & professional services
∎ Ensure customer needs & to meet customer satisfaction
∎ Others task given by Management
