1–3 years of experience in livestock, dairy input sales, agribusiness, or similar support roles (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of artificial insemination services and dairy farm operations is an advantage.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate daily with Sales Officers for field support and target achievement.

• Maintain regular communication with Field Service Providers (FSPs), FSP Database and AI technicians for smooth service delivery and operational updates.

• Support Support Service Providers (SSPs) in order management, delivery planning, and sales follow-up.

• Work closely with Marketing Officers for implementation of marketing activities, promotions, and events.

• Liaise with Union Livestock Offices (ULO) for service updates, government reporting, and official communications.

Sales & Logistics Support

• Support order processing, product allocation, and timely delivery of semen and AI consumables with promotional items.

• Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure error-free delivery and reporting.

Marketing & Promotion Support

• Assist in planning and execution of field-level promotional campaigns, demonstrations, and awareness sessions.

• Support preparation and distribution of marketing materials to field teams and SSPs.

FSP Sourcing, Recruitment & Training

• Assist in identifying and sourcing new FSPs and AI technicians to expand service coverage.

• Support in organizing and managing training sessions for newly recruited and existing FSPs.

• Ensure field staff are trained in data reporting, product handling, and customer service.

E. Data Management and Reporting

• Collect field-level data on sales, insemination coverage, and customer feedback.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with the management team.

• Support in analysis of field performance to generate actionable insights.
