Australia-based Electrical products manufacturing & service-oriented company looking for 2(Two) qualified Customer Service/Sales Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong relationships. This role involves managing client inquiries, supporting order processing and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main liaison between the company and business clients, addressing queries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Order Management:
Process Sales & Purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure orders are delivered as per client specifications.
Issue Resolution:
Handle complaints or issues professionally, investigating root causes and providing effective solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while keeping clients informed of progress.
Product and Service Knowledge & RFQ:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications.
Provide quotations to clients with accurate information and recommendations based on their requirements.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Share insights with the management team to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction metrics.
Coordination:
Work closely with the sales, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Assist in after-sales support, ensuring clients receive necessary documentation and follow-up.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, starting from 6:30 am. 45 hours a week.
Collaborate with different departments located in Sydney & Hongkong.
