• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc in EEE/ETE/ECE

• Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English are must.

Australia-based Electrical products manufacturing & service-oriented company looking for 2(Two) qualified Customer Service/Sales Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong relationships. This role involves managing client inquiries, supporting order processing and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and business clients, addressing queries, concerns, and requests promptly.

• Process Sales & Purchase orders with accuracy and coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure orders are delivered as per client specifications.

• Handle complaints or issues professionally, investigating root causes and providing effective solutions.

• Provide quotations to clients with accurate information and recommendations based on their requirements.

• Handle BOM & Production Drawing with accuracy.

• Work closely with the sales, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Candidate may need to know:

• Office location: Jashim Uddin, Uttara

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, starting from 6:30 am. 45 hours a week.

• Collaborate with different departments located in Sydney & Hongkong.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, with no remote job option available.
