Job Context:
∎ A renowned multi-national company is going to recruit some Sales Supervisors / Sales Officers under one of the leading outsourcing company Searchlite Communications Limited.
∎ This job is purely contractual and project based.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work in field and commanding personality to convince the corporate buyer.
∎ Ability to supervise the sales team, counseling and development of team.
∎ Ensure monthly sales against target.
∎ Ensure promotion of products to buyer and sampling
∎ Cash and credit control and update
∎ Work order collection and ensure delivery
∎ Bill submission and cheque management
∎ Knowledge about Govt. VAT and AIT
∎ Knowledge about Business Development Plan
∎ Identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, setting team target
∎ Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have experience in Sales and Distribution specially in Pharmaceuticals market are highly preferred,
Salary: Negotiable
