Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive volume and ensure targets are achieved
∎ Have through knowledge of the rules and the SRs under him
∎ Allocate daily stock for SRs
∎ Perform monthly performance evaluation of the SRs under him

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role (Supervisory in other FMCG company.
∎ Good understanding of team dynamics
∎ Sound communication skills
∎ Good negotiation & objection handing skills

Salary: Negotiable
