Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise a sizeable team of field sales personnel (Territory Officer, Retail Officer, Sales Representative)
∎ Capable to handle more than five distributor to achieve a given sales target of a territory
∎ Monitoring Sales Force Automation Software uses and reporting.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting using MS Excel

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
∎ Responsible, reliable and organized.
∎ Able to work independently and as a part of team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time bound.
∎ Computer literacy of using basic MS Office applications.
∎ Height range of the candidates should be from 5' 5' to 5' 7'
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license
∎ Candidates having working experience at the Chittagong division will be given priority.

Salary: Negotiable
