∎ Achieving sales target for assigned geography given by company
∎ Achieving sales target through Guiding, coaching and monitoring sales man
∎ Assisting in Hiring, training and developing new sales members
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility in assigned geography
∎ Distributor Management (Example: Distributor Stock,Market Service, Delivery)
∎ Stakeholder management (Distributor, Retailer, Sales Officer)
∎ 06 days field work (Market Visit)
∎ Achieving sales target for assigned geography given by company
∎ Achieving sales target through Guiding, coaching and monitoring sales man
∎ Assisting in Hiring, training and developing new sales members
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility in assigned geography
∎ Distributor Management (Example: Distributor Stock,Market Service, Delivery)
