Job Context:
∎ Leverage International is a leading aviation company in Bangladesh, providing domestic and international flight services to millions of passengers each year. Our Reservation Department plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our customers are able to book their flights quickly and easily.
∎ We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our Reservation department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of reservation agents, as well as developing and implementing new reservation strategies to improve our customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
∎ Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
∎ Must have expert knowledge of domestic and international, online, and group bookings.
∎ Must have fast and efficient communication skills with clients and their queries.
∎ Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for fare search, fare quote, booking, issuing, Re-issue, cancellation, void, refunds, and EMD.
∎ Must remain updated on airline and travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts, and others accordingly.
∎ Must follow the airline's terms and conditions and ADM policies.
