Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service (hospitality/airline/travel agency preferred).
Strong communication skills in both Bangla & English.
Good knowledge on GDS System and Airline Logline ID
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities & Context:
Airlines deal with budget career Specially G9, FZ, OV main priority and need good relation with airlines sales and reservation.
Handle customer inquiries regarding reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Maintain and update booking systems with accurate reservation details.
Ensure proper communication with clients regarding pricing, availability, and special offers.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by promoting packages and upselling services.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, customer service) for smooth service delivery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and reservations.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
