NIGHT SHIFT JOB [9:00 PM - 6:00 AM]

Services for International Financing. We are hiring three inside sales representatives. Inside salespeople are desperately needed by Zapital Finance Ltd. for our clients in the US and Canada. You will deal with incoming leads who have previously expressed interest in this call-based position. Making calls, following up, and closing agreements will be your responsibility (no cold calling). Freshmen and those with at least one year of service-based sales experience are also invited to apply. Strong communication and follow-up skills, fluency in English, and a preferred English-medium background. Pay range: 18–32k BDT plus commissions (above 100k). Shift: Night Shift, 9 PM to 6 AM. The time also accounts for breaks—work from the office.

• Client Communication – Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, explain funding options, and answer client inquiries.
• Lead Qualification – Assess client needs, verify basic eligibility criteria, and pass qualified leads to the funding team or loan officers.
• Information Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Compliance & Confidentiality – Follow company policies and industry regulations to protect sensitive financial and personal information.
• Target Achievement – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction.
