Responsibilities & Context:
NIGHT SHIFT JOB [9:00 PM - 6:00 AM]
Client Communication – Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, explain funding options, and answer client inquiries.
Lead Qualification – Assess client needs, verify basic eligibility criteria, and pass qualified leads to the funding team or loan officers.
Information Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Compliance & Confidentiality – Follow company policies and industry regulations to protect sensitive financial and personal information.
Target Achievement – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction.
