Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales plans and be responsible for product placement.
∎ To ensure the achievement of monthly planned sales target by maintaining long term relationship with both retailers, stores, dealers, distributors.
∎ To maintain and ensure strong retail foot print and ensure proper product positioning.
∎ To ensure good relationship with dealers, distributors, stores, retailers.
∎ To ensure adequate order management of every dealer, retailer space.
∎ To ensure proper invoicing and collect sold amount as well as deposit on time to HQ.
∎ To submit total sales and total deposit reports to Finance & Sales on monthly basis.
∎ To ensure optimum stock management through monitoring in a timely manner.
∎ To ensure good teamwork for achieving the various targets.
∎ To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, POS campaigns in order to activates to boost up the sales and product visibility.
∎ To ensure that the Revenue targets of the Area/ Territory is met and support the sales executives/ managers to implement sales plans and helping to achieve the same.
∎ To collect regular market insights and information on the products, competition, pricing, quality, distribution and dealer networks, etc. and report to the supervisor periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience of working as Sales Reps in the following business area(s): Industrial Plastic Manufacturing (PVC/ UPVC), Household Plastic Manufacturing.
∎ Building good relations with all relevant stakeholders including customer, retailers, dealers, distributors, Sales Reps, etc.
∎ The candidate must be a self-starter and proactive with result driven individual.
Salary: Negotiable
