Responsibilities & Context:
📌 1. Market Visit and Order Taking:
Visit Shops/Retailers as per the scheduled route every day
Collect orders for Melamine products
📌 2. Product Presence and Display:
Maintaining product display in the shop
Ensuring stock availability
📌 3. Creating new shops:
Finding new retailers/outlets
Including company products in new shops
📌 4. Collection (Collection of money)
Receiving money for sold products on time
Informing ASM/TSO if there is any arrears
📌 5. Market Information Collection:
Getting information about competitor brands' prices, offers and new products
Giving reports on market situation
📌 6. Target Achievement:
Working to meet daily and monthly sales targets
Increasing sales of own routes and shops
📌 7. Reporting:
Submitting daily sales reports, collection reports to TSO/ASM
