∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC, SSC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor dealers and distributors activities.
∎ Plan and develop strategies for creating new distributors and retailer's base.
∎ Attend Sales conference & Prepare market observation report.
∎ Achieve organizational goals by achieving the month-to-month given targets through sincere effort.
∎ Forecast ordering.
∎ Prepare daily market observation report.
∎ Prepare Sales & Collection Report and submit to the management regularly.
∎ To expand business in District wise market.
∎ Implementing trade marketing program.
∎ To understand consumer's needs.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about the Paper Cup industry will add value
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Professional and friendly demeanor.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
