Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly as well as yearly sales targets and regularly analyze performance against KPI.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies supervise performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain close coordination with stakeholders, AI technicians, and farmers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand sales networks to strengthen brand presence.
- Support stakeholders through regular communication and problem-solving.
- Collect and report market data regarding competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic sales and marketing initiatives for continuous business growth.
