• Generate of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions.

• Promote Aquatic Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.

• Manage and develop dealers in respective areas.

• Provide technical services to customers regarding.

• Culture and take initiatives to provide training on farm management.

• Analyze present market and create new market sales.

• Visit different Fish Farms frequently to promote and generate sales.

• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

• Analyze development & implement sales goals & plans.

• Attend training programs and education workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Make sales decision considering the seasonal & economical condition of the customer.
