Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, Teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Have to sale only in cash.
∎ Achieve sales target of rice as assigned by the respective reporting person.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, Store for all related issues.
∎ Develop the dealer network in the assigned districts.
∎ Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
∎ Check & prepare reports on pending sales bills and sales orders.
∎ Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Promotional activities to enhance rice sales.
∎ Review party overdue and inform related person to take required actions.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience will get preference.
