Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, HR, Store & plant for all related issues.
∎ Communicate & deliver report to the related people.
∎ Motivate Team Members to ensure productivity & Sales target
∎ Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
∎ Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly.
∎ Carry out different type of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis
∎ Prepare accurate Product reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team. Your analytical abilities will assist in making data-driven decisions and driving future growth.
∎ Expand our company's reach by actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities. Your presence and professional networking skills will contribute to enhancing our corporate brand image.
∎ Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
