∎ HSC, Bachelor/Honors

∎ The application form must be filled out according to the prescribed application format.
∎ Relevant documents (educational certificates, experience certificates, identity card and passport size photograph) must be attached along with CV/resume.
∎ The application form must be submitted to the designated address and the rules for online/postal/hand submission must be followed.
∎ The candidate must have attained a minimum specified educational qualification (example: higher secondary/graduate).
∎ The candidate must be within a certain age range (example: 18-35 years).
∎ Work experience in a relevant field will be considered helpful in the selection process.
∎ After verification of the initial requirements, the selection process will be completed through a written test and/or skill assessment.
∎ Later, selected candidates will be called for an interview.
∎ The date, venue and related information of the exam will be communicated to the applicants in advance.
∎ Selected candidates will be paid according to the specified salary scale.
∎ As additional benefits, bonuses, overtime, medical benefits, and travel allowance will be provided in addition to the basic salary, subject to negotiation.
∎ Daily working hours (usually 8 hours) will be fixed.
∎ Other holidays will be provided in conjunction with weekly holidays and government holidays.
∎ There will be overtime arrangements for working overtime (in specific cases).
∎ The company's internal policies, discipline, and confidentiality must be maintained.
∎ There may be regular performance evaluations and trial periods.
