Educational Requirements:
∎ The minimum Education qualification will be HSC or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and engage with customers.
∎ Achieve day to day sales target.
∎ Execute the daily sales operations of outlet efficiently.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and based on that recommend necessary steps for customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer queries modestly and ensure customer satisfaction as desired.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintain display/ merchandising, so that easy to purchase and appealing as well.
∎ Prepare different report i.e. sales, merchandising, expenses report.
∎ Help Sales/Store Manager to maintain financial records daily.
∎ Coordinate with other team members to manage the store.
∎ Stock maintenance of products.
∎ Assist the Sales/Store Manager for communicating with customer to enhance footfall and achieve sales target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic, able to work under pressure & independently for extended hours.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ English Spoken will add value
∎ Must be proactive and energetic
∎ Be able to strategically handle complaints/objections
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
∎ Minimum 1 year of proven experience in any renowned Showroom/Outlet or any sales & marketing department.
