Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Fisheries department will get preference).
∎ The applicants should have 1 to 3 year(s) experience in Marketing & Sales department .
∎ Fresher are also encourage to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identity literate fisheries input dealers and retailers.
∎ Train them on company app usage and software features.
∎ Collect sales orders for input products.
∎ Achieve monthly target. (After probation period)
∎ Ensure proper placement of communication material and product merchandising.
∎ Monitor timely product delivery and handle payment collection.
∎ Maintain relationship with farmer groups, farms, officials and buyers.
∎ Report daily time to time
∎ Support the marketing team in day-to-day marketing activities
∎ Build strong network in the segment of Traders & End users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motorcycle driving license is preferred
∎ Good knowledge in fisheries product
∎ Ability to work under pressure .
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Program, Online Software, Android apps,messaging apps &video conferencing.
