Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA industry.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, catering services, etc.)
∎ Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
∎ Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for new product development or service improvements.
∎ Track customer preferences and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
∎ Develop and negotiate pricing strategies that align with the client’s needs and the company’s profitability goals.
∎ Handle contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
∎ Resolve any issues with product quality or service promptly.
