Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA industry.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, catering services, etc.)
Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for new product development or service improvements.
Track customer preferences and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
Develop and negotiate pricing strategies that align with the client’s needs and the company’s profitability goals.
Handle contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Resolve any issues with product quality or service promptly.
