Job Responsibilities:
∎ Traveling to different regions and locations to meet potential customers and promote flower seeds.
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing product information, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
∎ Demonstrating product features, benefits, and usage techniques to potential customers.
∎ Negotiating sales contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
∎ Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products and network with potential customers.
