Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales and collection target
∎ Ordering and promoting products to dealers or farmers
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
∎ Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
∎ Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ Achieving quarterly target sales.
∎ Assisting the Sales manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
∎ Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly report and any other as and when required
∎ Handle product complains and report on pricing issue to the appropriate level
∎ Search and create dealers
∎ Arrange regular recovery of dues from dealers
∎ Always update the sales information to the Management
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management
