Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sales management including preparing of Territory, Area & Zonal sales target, Expense monitoring, setting tour program, Formulating agenda of the monthly sales meeting, Zonal & Area meeting, and Evaluate field force performance.
∎ To Plan, Organizing and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning developing implementing sales operation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
∎ To keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job, providing effective training to all levels of team members.
∎ To efficient and effective credit management to getting output for the business.
∎ To strong network building in the segment of traders and end-users.
∎ To regular visit of external customer i.e. DAE personnel, NGO's, Local administration and all level of customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ To develop strategic sales plan to exploit potential, markets in the agricultural -Agro Chemical sector.
∎ To use the leadership techniques to motivate and develop people, Identify, train the needs of our associates, implement training programs to build up professional skill and knowledge.
∎ To keep up-to-date information of competitors' products and ensure fair communication from customer to management and management to customers.
∎ To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
∎ Ensure Area/Territory sales target and Evaluate agent & dealer performance;
∎ Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office;
∎ Build strong network in the segment of traders and end users;
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management;
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Ensure that company's directives are properly followed by all concern.
