∎ Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in animal feed especially in fish feed sale.
∎ Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing- Fish Feed & Cattle Feed.
∎ The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
∎ Good leadership, execution skills and can-do attitude & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have own motorcycle with valid driving licence.
∎ Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in animal feed especially in fish feed sale.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Operations include Fish Feed Customers / Farmers, Fish Farm, visit to expand Fish feed sales
∎ Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
∎ Advise farm owners about general care, how to use feed at the farm. Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Achieving area/ regional sales and recovery as per the target set out by the company.
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
∎ Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
