Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
∎ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
∎ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
∎ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
∎ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
∎ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
∎ Prepare reports on account status
∎ Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
∎ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
∎ Maintain the FIFO method strictly for delivery and stock of finished goods.
∎ Ensuring the proper record of market returns and wastages products.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Renew the depot's licenses and other documents and update the list properly.
∎ Prepare vehicle requisition when needed.
∎ Daily petty cash maintaining with proper documents with collaboration of Head
∎ Office accounts.
∎ Vouching and checking bill as per rules and regulation- all bills/vouchers needs to be authenticated by the respective Area's/Region's ASMM/RSMM/AM/DM.
∎ Ensure the order wise delivery & transportation to the distributors end efficiently.
∎ Carefully handle the distributors claim against damage, expired and missing goods properly.
∎ Ensuring utmost safety of products in warehouse & products on the move.
∎ Monthly Petty cash reconciliation.
∎ STI request prepare (Depot to Depot, Factory to Depot) when needed as per H/O rules.
∎ Prepare product requisition as per market demand.
∎ DDR prepare at the end of the day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Used to computer literacy (specially excel, power-point M.S Word) with internet.
