Job Context:
∎ We are a leading software development organization, currently focusing on Micro-finance applications development for different MFIs and Credit Cooperatives and Multi-Purposes in Bangladesh.
∎ This is a focal position responsible for generating new Sales Lead for the company. It will require frequent visit to customer office premises and introduce our product(s) & service(s) to the potential customer(s), make presentation, close sales and receive customers` feedback on a regular basis. It will also require promotional and campaign efforts to promote software brand through digital channels - phonecalls, web, YouTube, Facebook, Email, SMS etc.
∎ This is a regional job position in greater Narsingdi-Kishoreganj-Bhairab areas; where you have to work from your locality, initially.
∎ Special Note: You will undergo a probation period of 3 (Three) months; out of which 01 (One) month at our Dhaka office. Then, you will be required to go back to your hometown from greater Narsingdi-Kishoreganj-Bhairab.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore, make Calls, visit & meet new customers in greater division from your regional location.
∎ You must be from the locality as mentioned.
∎ Analyze products, competitors' offerings and prepare proposals.
∎ Execute promotional activities through email, social media tool, telephone calls etc.
∎ Respond queries from potential customers and convert into sales lead.
∎ Demonstrate Software product and make presentation to clients.
∎ Prepare different reports i.e. sales, call reports etc. on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Institutional sales will get preference.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and convincing skill.
∎ Sound Accounting knowledge.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Power Point, & computer skills.
∎ Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.
∎ Writing skill especially in English will be an added advantage.
∎ Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
∎ You must possess your own Android Mobile phone & Laptop.
∎ You need NOT apply, if you are not confident in selling.
