Job Context:
∎ Provisional period:- 3 months
∎ After permanency, Contract Duration:- 3 to 5 years minimum

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must know & learn about the products of the company.
∎ Must have the ability to motivate and lead the sales & marketing team.
∎ Must be able to carry out the base product's market analysis.
∎ Basing on the analysis, should be able to submit a detailed marketing plan and basing on that he should mobilize the marketing people.
∎ Should be able to achieve good sales target along with his team members, for the
∎ company, monthly/quarterly/yearly.
∎ Should maintain the contentious communication with the clients.
∎ Must visit the clients/projects randomly.
∎ Should be able to distribute the installation engineers as per the importance.
∎ Should submit the daily marketing plan and daily visit reports to the Managing Director.
∎ Overall he should be the key person to generate the newer ideas, plan & design how to increase the sale of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in the field of Electricity & Electronics, Inverters, Industrial Automation, Elevators, etc. as Sales & Marketing Manager.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ For provisional period of 3 months, the salary will be in-between 20,000 BDT ~ 25,000 BDT. After permanency, Contract Duration & Salary will be set via discussions, and it will be in-between 30,000 BDT ~ 50,000 BDT.

Soon after our successful business, "Shaheli Elevators", got the approval of "Authorized Distributor of Yaskawa" and also the "Authorized Distributor of Arkel" in Bangladesh. Up to the mid of 2015, we had the business with L1 000A Series only. We imported a huge amount of Yaskawa Inverters within a very short span of time. From the year of 2015, we started looking towards the Industrial Sector of Bangladesh. Everybody knows that, Bangladesh is an uprising country and during this process an lot of technological developments will take place. It may be expressed as Industrial Revolution in Bangladesh. Thinking the future requirement, we established another company named as "Shaheli Mechatronics Limited", which is working in the Industrial Sector. So far we did not have any "Service Centre", of Yaskawa Products in Bangladesh. With our extensive hard works with full dedication and also understanding the future requirements in order to have strong grip over Bangladesh market, finally the honorable authority of Yaskawa, approved the "Shaheli Mechatronics Limited", as the "Authorized Service Center", in Bangladesh. Now we are having a good numbers of qualified Engineers (Trained from home & abroad). With our limited resources we are trying to expand gradually for the brightest possible future of Yaskawa Products in Bangladesh.
