Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales in leadership, preferably within an OTA-based travel agency.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university. Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proven experience in achieving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
∎ Ability to strategize and execute marketing campaigns aimed at expending agent networks.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents to our OTA platform.
∎ Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.
∎ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
∎ Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities
