∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Catering, Food Related Company, Guest Relations/ Services, Hospitality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Event Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the sales channels and develop a list of potential catering leads.
∎ Generate new catering leads through marketing campaigns, digital and traditional marketing, reporting and documentation.
∎ Follow the leads and convert them into sales.
∎ Carry out surveys and generate more innovative ideas of how to convert dreams into real business
∎ Develop a team of sales and marketing personnel, train and groom them into a cutting edge sales force
∎ Create and initiate awareness of the brand.
∎ Be able to make business plans, set and achieve budgets and targets and ensure their achievement
∎ Maintain good relationships with existing clients, contracted convention center authorities and look for opportunities in other established convention centers and corporate offices.
∎ Review and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and take pre-emptive actions for the company.
∎ Above all, the person we are looking for must be self-reliant, a team player and one with initiative.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Additional knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry is a plus point.
∎ Smart, intelligent, well-groomed, well-mannered, keen to deliver and a team player.
∎ Strong managerial and leadership quality.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Must have presentation skills in a corporate meeting.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure.
