Job Context:
∎ MIS Catering Services is one of the leading catering firms in Bangladesh. We are enlisted in the Army Officers Club, Army Golf Club, Sena Kunja and Sena Malancha. We regularly execute orders from high profile clients in these convention centers or in their offices/residences. Besides, we also work closely with various government organizations to cater for their various periodical and staff welfare events. We also have the delightful experience of serving the Honorable President and the Honorable Prime Minister of The Peoples` Republic of Bangladesh. In order to cope with our rapid expansion and growth, we are looking for a few highly professional Service Agents for our brand-new restaurant "Neeharika" which is located at "Bangabandhu Military Museum".

∎ Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and professional manner.
∎ Escort guests to their tables and inform them of daily specials.
∎ Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served
∎ Check with guests and ensure guest satisfaction, take action to correct any problems.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by the Food & Beverage Manager.
∎ Ensure guests are served within specified time.
∎ Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
∎ Able to answer any question regarding menu and assist with menu selection.
∎ Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food & beverage items to designated areas.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the operation.
∎ Present an accurate final bill to guests and process payment.
∎ Complete the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual.
∎ Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager are to be carried out.
∎ Accomplish all resourceful training, organized by the management on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Have the ability to work in a team.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to stand for extended periods
