∎ 4-6 years of experience in fast-paced sales, business development, or marketing team within the hospitality, travel tech, SaaS or any other relevant industry.
∎ Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including subscription-based pricing and customer lifecycle management.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to drive sales independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue goals for each SaaS product line.
∎ Identify and target key market segments and ideal customer profiles for our various SaaS offerings.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
∎ Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
∎ Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue projections.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers.
∎ Understand customer business needs and challenges to effectively position our SaaS solutions.
∎ Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations to successful closure.
∎ Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences.
∎ Work closely with product management to provide feedback on market needs and influence product development roadmap.
∎ Partner with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts and optimize lead generation.
∎ Collaborate with finance and legal teams on pricing, contracts, and other sales-related matters.
