Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounts, Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounts, Marketing
∎ Bachelor or Master qualification in Business along with minimum 5 years experience in Reputed Company i.e. Real Estate, Multinational Company, Bank or Finance or Any Reputed Company in Senior Sales and Marketing Role.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Finance/ Accounts, Income Tax, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Garments, Insurance, Overseas Companies, Real Estate, Trading or Export/Import
Job Context:
∎ Looking for Sales & Marketing Guru (Australian Migration Consultancy Business).
∎ The job is permanent full time for a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional. The basic and commission will be discussed in the interview. The successful applicant will have two months` work in Dhaka and one month will be in the tour with your clients to Australia. The tour will be based on performance.
∎ Australia Based Reputed Migration Company looking for its Dhaka Regional Office Sales and Marketing Manager Position for Business Migration Service. Our clients are Very High End of the Society like National Recognized Business Owners of Bangladesh.
∎ Suitable applicant must have enough skills and track record of dealing this category of people in current or previous job to be eligible in this position. Must have High Level of Presentation and Customer Relations Skills along with Speaking Fluent in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing and Sales Planning, Execution and Reporting on the outcome of marketing activities.
∎ Offering Our Service to the Right People and Educate them the process.
∎ Checking Eligibility of Migration Process and also guide them throughout the process.
∎ Relationship Maintaining with existing clients and updating them and get more ref client through them.
∎ Its a High Remunerating Position but must full fill the monthly and quarterly target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Great marketing Plan and Execution of Plan.
∎ Track record of working with Corporate / Business Clients.
∎ Target full filling and getting benefit of it.
∎ Great Presentation Skills.
∎ Established Networking Skills.
∎ Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ In addition to the basic, based on performance, you will receive mobile and conveyance, Free Air ticket and accommodation to go to Australia or our other offices in Singapore, Malaysia and work there.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Pension policy, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ In addition to the basic, based on performance, you will receive mobile and conveyance, Free Air ticket and accommodation to go to Australia or our other offices in Singapore, Malaysia and work there.
∎ Additional Monthly Commission between 100,000 to 150,000 BDT based on performance.
∎ Salary increment every 2 years.
